Reports and the dashboard

The numbers that matter, on the dashboard every morning and in reports by brand and period.

The dashboard

Each card shows only when your role can see what it counts:

Needs attention lists, in order: estimates you may approve, your own estimates waiting for approval, your overdue tasks, leads past their time limit, "Shared inbox: 7 need a reply" for the conversations waiting for an answer (red from 4:30 PM), leads needing a measurement, and texts that were blocked. When there is nothing: "Nothing needs you right now." People who can see the history log also get the last 8 things that happened.

Reports

Reports needs "See reports and the investor pack". Pick a brand (or all brands) and a period: the last 30 days, the last 90 days, this month or your own dates. The choices stay in the page's address, so you can share the view.

  • Scorecard: leads, close rate, wins, open pipeline, intake on time and receivables, with bars for leads by source, days per stage, won revenue by brand, receivables aging, Key Accounts and why you lose.
  • Receivables: what is owed, due now, overdue and retainage held, with aging per brand.
  • Intake reports: today's end-of-day report and the saved ones.
  • Sources & losses: leads by source and why you lose.

Monthly investor pack puts the key numbers on one page: won revenue, pipeline, close rate, new leads, intake on time, receivables, jobs completed and active key accounts, by brand. Print or save as PDF makes a copy.

What a lead, an accepted quote and a job cost you per advertising channel is its own page: see Marketing numbers.
